These terms cover your use of fusavia.com, operated by Fusavia ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
The website
fusavia.com describes our AI-integration services and lets you request a discovery call. The content is general information about what we do. It is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your specific situation.
Discovery calls and project work
Requesting a discovery call does not create a contract or obligate either of us to start a project. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement that we both accept. That agreement sets the scope, deliverables, schedule, pricing, payment and any refund or cancellation terms, and it controls if it conflicts with these terms. Examples and sample results shown on the site are illustrations, not promises of specific results.
Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the site: no submitting false or someone else's information, spam, attempts to break or overload the site or its forms, or automated scraping that harms its operation.
Intellectual property
The Fusavia name, logo and site content belong to us. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy or reuse our logo or content for commercial purposes without our permission. Ownership of anything we build for a client is set in that client's agreement.
Links to other sites
The site links to other services, such as LinkedIn. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the site, including that it will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fusavia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the site. Liability for services we provide is governed by the written agreement for those services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about these terms or the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the effective date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
