Privacy Policy

Effective October 28, 2026

This policy explains what information Fusavia ("we", "us") collects through fusavia.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email [email protected].

What we collect

Discovery-call request form. When you request a discovery call, we collect what you enter: your name and email address (required), and optionally your phone number, business or company name, preferred time, and a description of what you'd like AI to help with.

Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

Technical information. Like most websites, our servers record basic request data such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use it to keep the site running, secure and protected from abuse (for example, the request form limits how many submissions can come from one IP address in an hour).

How we use it

  • To respond to your request, schedule and hold the discovery call, and follow up about the work you asked about.
  • To prepare proposals and, if you become a client, to deliver and support the services you agree to.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website.

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to a newsletter or mailing list from the request form.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers who process information on our behalf, only to provide their service to us:

  • Hosting. The website and form submissions are stored on a server we rent from a hosting provider.
  • Call scheduling. Booking calls are scheduled through our self-hosted Cal.com booking system at book.fusavia.com, which stores the name, email and answers you provide.
  • Email delivery. Form submissions may be forwarded to us by email through Resend, an email delivery service, and our business email is hosted by Google Workspace.

Cookies and analytics

fusavia.com does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We use Umami, a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool, to count page views. It stores no personal data and sets no cookies. The booking popup, which loads from book.fusavia.com, may set functional cookies needed to schedule a call. The links to LinkedIn take you to LinkedIn's site, which has its own privacy policy.

We don't sell your information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising. We share it only with the providers above, when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep discovery-call requests and related emails for as long as needed to respond and to manage any business relationship that follows, and to meet legal, tax or accounting needs. Server logs are kept for a limited time for security and troubleshooting.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you've given us by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and we limit access to submissions to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

fusavia.com is a business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. If we do, we'll change the effective date above. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
